Shipping Guide
All items are duty free!
Shipping Instructions:
Monday through Friday (except legal holidays): usually ships the same day or the next day you place your order (ships within 24 hours).
Weekends or legal holidays: shipping time will be postponed, usually shipped on the first business day of work.
After receiving the order information, our system will automatically check the goods and reserve the stock, if you meet the goods out of stock, you will receive the official customer service e-mail notification.
In case of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. Nevertheless, we guarantee that your order will be processed as quickly as the weather permits.
Famtoy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. However, products may be damaged during transit from Famtoy’s shipping facility to your home or business. If an item is damaged in transit, please provide feedback to our official customer service email address within 3 business days of receiving your package regarding the problem you are experiencing with the item. This can be done by taking digital photos and providing Famtoy with detailed evidence of the damage, such as visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or handling damage, etc., as this will help us to process the issue with your order so that we can exchange the item, send out a replacement, issue a reimbursement for the money back, etc. .

Shipping Locations
1. Famtoy has multiple shipping warehouses in the Eastern and Western regions that are fully stocked. But only for shipping addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa, etc.
2. We do not ship to FPO, APO and PO Box addresses.
Shipping Time
After the order is processed, the carrier delivery time is usually: 2-5 business days, depending on your destination and shipping company. Therefore Famtoy does not guarantee absolute delivery dates, and if any shipment is not completed or shipped after a label has been created, for shipments over 8 business days you have the option to cancel your order or receive a partial refund. Please see the Return Policy for more details.

All orders are shipped via carrier FedEx, with a few/special shipments shipped via UPS.
Shipping Costs
Under normal circumstances all of our items are shipped free of charge.
If you encounter a shipping charge, it may be due to other issues such as the size/weight of the item, etc. The actual shipping cost will be shown after the order is placed.

1. please make sure the shipping address on the order is correct before payment, as this is the address we will ship to.
2. we are not responsible for any return shipping charges if the product does not meet your expectations or if the order is shipped and the wrong order is placed.
3. Order processing will be delayed in case of force majeure. Nonetheless, we ensure that your order is processed as quickly as the weather allows.
4. we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. if an item is damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.
5. We may ship items weighing less than 10 pounds via UPS.
Order Tracking
Upon successful shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, date and time of order placement, order status, and the package tracking number of the shipped item. Once you have obtained the tracking number for your order from us, you can search the carrier’s FedEx website to track your order information.
You can also contact customer service to obtain tracking numbers and other information about your merchandise.
