Refund and Returns Overview

FamToy’s goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days, if more than 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Notes:

1. the item returned by the buyer should be in good condition and the item does not affect the seller’s secondary sales, otherwise we cannot accept the return.

2. To qualify for a refund and return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

3. buyer unilaterally return the product without reason, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping cost of the product; if the product needs to be replaced due to quality issues, the round-trip shipping cost of the product will be borne by the seller.

4. special price items, special price items cannot be refunded, only normal price items can be refunded. Special price items will be specially marked on the product detail page.

If you need to return/exchange/product problems, etc., please contact customer service first to help you solve the problem.

Items returned to us without agreeing to a return or exchange request will not be accepted and the seller will not be responsible for any costs incurred along the way.

Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. If the return request is honored, Customer Service will email you a FedEx Cover Sheet. After contacting the delivery person, simply forward the packaged item to the delivery person.

Exchange Instructions:

We only exchange defective or damaged merchandise. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service at {[email protected]}.


Refund Instructions:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.

If the merchandise is eligible, you will be approved and we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. Return the full amount of the shipment to the original method of payment. Refunds may be delayed or missing. Please check your bank account first and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially arrive. If you do not receive a refund within 3-10 business days, and you have completed all of these actions and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {[email protected]}. 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
